All jewelry is made in my Los Angeles studio and is subject to acceptance and availability.
Many pieces are one-of-a-kind and may take 2 -3 weeks or more to make, depending on design and metal requests.
Custom-designed work will take longer; production timeframes will be discussed and agreed before work begins.
In-stock items that are available and ready to ship will be clearly indicated in the product listing.
Items marked available to ship in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by another customer prior to your checkout.
Jewelry will be shipped in a Hillary Heydle gift box.
Shipping, Insurance & Fees
All jewelry is shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.
If you prefer or require a different courier, contact us prior to checkout to discuss alternative options and any additional charges.
An additional $15 insurance fee applies to all 14kt and precious-gemstone pieces to cover required insurance.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Each piece of Hillary Heydle Jewelry is handmade in my home studio.
I hope that you are happy with your purchase. If not, please contact me immediately — within 7 days of receiving your jewelry.
I will accept returns only for items that have not been worn and are undamaged.
The purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
