All jewelry is made in my Los Angeles studio and is subject to acceptance and availability.
In-stock items that are available and ready to ship will be clearly indicated in the product listing and will ship within a few days.
Many of the “in stock” items may need to be assembled, pearls riveted, polished etc. and I do my best to ship within 2-3 days.
Custom sizing and out of stock items will take 2 -3 weeks or longer based on design and turnaround tome with caster.
Custom-designed work will take longer; production timeframes will be discussed and agreed before work begins.
Items marked available to ship in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by another customer prior to your checkout.
Jewelry will be shipped in a Hillary Heydle gift box.

All jewelry is shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.
If you prefer or require a different courier, contact us prior to checkout to discuss alternative options and any additional charges.
An additional $15 insurance fee applies to all 14kt and precious-gemstone pieces to cover required insurance.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Each piece of Hillary Heydle Jewelry is handmade in my home studio.
