Terms of Service

  • All jewelry is made in my Los Angeles studio and is subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Many pieces are one-of-a-kind and may take 2 -3 weeks or more to make, depending on design and metal requests.

  • Custom-designed work will take longer; production timeframes will be discussed and agreed before work begins.

  • In-stock items that are available and ready to ship will be clearly indicated in the product listing.

  • Items marked available to ship in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by another customer prior to your checkout.

  • Jewelry will be shipped in a Hillary Heydle gift box.

Shipping, Insurance & Fees

  • All jewelry is shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.

  • If you prefer or require a different courier, contact us prior to checkout to discuss alternative options and any additional charges.

  • An additional $15 insurance fee applies to all 14kt and precious-gemstone pieces to cover required insurance.

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

  • Each piece of Hillary Heydle Jewelry is handmade in my home studio.

  • I hope that you are happy with your purchase. If not, please contact me immediately — within 7 days of receiving your jewelry.

  • I will accept returns only for items that have not been worn and are undamaged.

  • The purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
